Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1 This competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over. 1.2 Participants must be residents of the United Kingdom. 1.3 Employees of the promoter, their immediate families, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

2.1 Entry to the competition is made by submitting a valid email address and any other required details via the designated entry form. 2.2 Only one entry per person and per email address is permitted. 2.3 Entries must be received by 23:59 (BST) on 25 April 2026. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

3. Entry Requirements

3.1 Participants must provide a valid and active email address. 3.2 Incomplete, invalid, or duplicate entries may be disqualified at the promoter’s discretion.

4. The Prize

4.1 The prize consists of a school visit from Joe. 4.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. 4.3 The visit will take place between September 2026 and June 2027, with the exact date to be agreed between the promoter and the winning school, subject to availability.

5. Winner Selection

5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. 5.2 The draw will take place on or before 29 May 2026.

6. Winner Notification

6.1 The winner will be notified via the email address provided by 29 May 2026. 6.2 If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Data Protection

7.1 Personal data supplied during the course of this competition (including email addresses) will only be processed for the purposes of administering the competition, unless explicit consent is given for marketing communications. 7.2 All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

8. Liability

8.1 The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical or other reasons beyond its control.

9. Right to Cancel or Amend

9.1 The promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these Terms & Conditions where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its control.

10. General

10.1 By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. 10.2 This competition and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
